North Alaskan Joint Venture Corporation (NJVC): 2003 - 2007

BeaKen Systems & Technology Solutions, Inc. provided life-cycle support services to maintain baseline changes for all phases of the IT/IS functional infrastructure and information support services. BeaKen Systems & Technology Solutions, Inc. followed the NJVC Configuration Management Plan and complied with all Configuration Management policies and procedures. The work involved the collection and maintenance of data describing hardware and software systems and products. This process included using a set of systematic controls and processes to keep information up-to-date and accurate.

BeaKen Systems & Technology Solutions developed, processed, maintained, and provided configuration management documents as directed by the NJVC Senior Configuration Management (CM) Engineer. Functions that were performed included, but were not limited to:

• Configuration identification
• Configuration control
• Configuration status accounting
• Performing configuration audits
• Reviewing Requests for Change (RFCs)
• Coordinating impact assessment process
• Reviewing Engineering Change Proposals
